Step I: Check Potential Study Eligibility

Our offices participate in various clinical research studies; some of which are listed below. If you are interested in a study that you may be eligible for, please contact us to schedule about proceeding to Step II.

Step II: Complete A Pre-Screening Appointment

During your telephone pre-screening appointment, a member of our research team will provide additional information about the study you are interested in and complete a pre-screening questionnaire with you. Your responses will help us determine whether you may qualify to participate in that specific research study. If you appear to be eligible, you will be invited to schedule an in-office screening visit.​

Step III: Schedule  Office Appointment

After your telephone pre-screening, if you appear to meet the initial study criteria, we will schedule an in-office appointment. During your visit, you will receive additional information about the research study you are interested in and complete the informed consent process, if applicable. We will then perform any required screening assessments to determine whether you qualify to participate in the study.

Step IV: Checklist- Please Bring the Following to Your In-Person Appointment

• A complete list of all current medications (including prescription, over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and supplements)

• Relevant medical records, if available

• Information about any allergies (medications, foods, or environmental allergies)

• A valid photo ID

• Any questions you may have about the study
