OUR HISTORY AND MISSION
The Prestige Clinical Research (PCR) team has collaborated in over 50 clinical protocols, and it has been established for 15 years (and counting) with over 30 years of combined experience. We have the expertise and history of providing prestigious quality services to Sponsors/CROs since the year 2011.
Our team consists of Clinical Research Coordinators (14), Full-Time Advanced Clinical Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses, Lab Managers, Data Entry Specialists, Pharmacy/Investigational Product (IP) Administrators, Recruitment Specialists, Board-Certified Physicians and Principal Investigators (PIs), On-Site IT Support, Medical Assistants – Quality Assurance (QA), a Marketing Director, a Business Development and Outreach Director, and the Research Director.
From the very beginning, to the present-day, and continuing to the future our priority and mission remains the same: to provide the clinical research industry with an innovative site while putting the safety of our participants/volunteers first by staying in compliance with Good Clinical Practices/ ICH Guidelines.
We aim to treat each patient with the highest level of respect and to uphold their dignity. We want our patients to feel that they are truly cared for, that their questions are answered, and their concerns are addressed at every point of their treatment. Ms. Mitjans has 5+ years of clinical research experience and 25+ years of medical experience.
A certified Medical Electrologist and Dermatology NP, her education includes a Doctor of Nursing degree from the United States of America. Her specialities include Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine.

With over 38 years of experience in healthcare, she has pioneered advancements in clinical research and healthcare services. As the Founder and CEO of multiple enterprises, including Prestige Clinical Research Center, Inc., Prestige Clinical Research South, LLC, Prestige Providers, LLC, and Prestige Clinical Health, LLC, Naty has dedicated her career to improving patient care, and promoting diversity with inclusion across ethnic groups in clinical trials and healthcare. Highly accomplished in clinical research, she has successfully overseen more than 50 clinical research protocols and has played a pivotal role in the development of innovative medical treatments and FDA-approved therapies. She is recognized for proficiency in clinical trial design, patient recruitment, regulatory adherence, and ensuring data integrity, with an expertise in regulatory compliance including IRB, CRO, and ICH-GCP standards. Under her leadership, Prestige Clinical Research Center, Inc. has earned a reputation for conducting high-quality, patient-centered trials that adhere to global regulatory standards, and the center is recognized as an NIH-Approved Facility, demonstrating its compliance with rigorous research criteria.
